Conditions

We charge a ‘fixed price’ for our work, made up of a retainer fee at the start of the process and a success fee at placement. “No cure less pays” instead of “no cure no pay” in the context of mutual commitment and partnership. 

Search

We use a pragmatic and committed approach and combine our many years of experience with headhunting and data search. In collaboration with our ambassadors and partners in various networks, we approach our candidates whom we try to fascinate for career opportunities now or in the future.  

Selection & presentation

We take the time and attention to the objectives and expectations of the candidate. We screen the candidate through a criterion-oriented interview and references to get a good picture of competencies, skills, and knowledge. When we think we have found the optimal match, we will proceed with profiling at the client in consultation with the candidate. 

Placement

To ensure that the placement runs smoothly, we support you and the candidate in salary negotiations and the conclusion of an employment contract. Even after the placement, we are happy to be there for you and the candidate to guarantee the quality
